The Missing Topic in the Marriage Debate

With all the debate over Proposition 8 in California, Proposition 102 in Arizona, and whether state constitutions should provide limitations on what is marriage, we have heard lots of rhetoric about the “right” to marry, and taking away freedoms, imposing restrictions.
